The cookie we always set, the analytics we run without cookies, and what changes if you accept.
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you choose, and if you reject them, we set no analytics cookies and store nothing for analytics on your device: we count visits without cookies, using a privacy-preserving count our analytics provider makes on its servers.
Your choice applies to all of our enquiry pages (commercial, buy-to-let and general enquiries). To change it, clear the cookie named mm_consent in your browser and reload the page; the question will appear again.

Analytics never receive your name, phone number, email address or the figures you enter, and are never linked to your enquiry. We do not use advertising cookies and no Google advertising tag loads on our pages.
If you reject
We still count page visits without cookies, so the site works the same and the count includes you anonymously. No analytics cookie or local storage is set.
